About Us

Cameron Roberts, MA, CCC/SLP

Cameron received her Masters Degree in Communicative Disorders from San Diego State University in 1989. She worked in early intervention in New York state for 4 years, specializing in feeding and swallowing of medically fragile infants and children. She relocated back to her native California in 1998 and took time off of work to raise a family. In San Diego, Cameron has worked for the Encinitas Union School District and Hope infant and Family Support program. Cameron started her private practice in March 2008.

Cameron has a special interest and extensive training in oral-motor function, feeding/swallowing and speech production. Cameron is trained in PROMPT therapy as well as Myofunctional therapy.

Caitlin Vanderlip, MA, CCC/SLP

Caitlin Vanderlip is a licensed pediatric speech language pathologist.

Caitlin has provided therapy in a variety of clinical settings, including in-home speech services, addressing the needs of preschool age children through adults. Caitlin is currently working exclusively with children.

She is a dedicated and caring professional who enjoys working with young children and their families to provide personalized therapy to help your child achieve their communication goals.

Caitlin has extensive experience in the diagnosis and intervention of children with a variety of communication disorders including: receptive and expressive language, motor speech such as apraxia, oral motor, articulation, and pervasive developmental disorders.

Caitlin earned her Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from Marquette University. She is a certified member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed within the State of California.

Mary Beth Fookes, MS, CCC/SLP

Mary Beth received her Masters Degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Redlands in 2009. She worked in Pasadena Unified School District for two years where she specialized in assessment and intervention with preschool and early elementary populations. While in Pasadena, she also had the opportunity to coordinate services for the Center for Community and Family Services Head Start program.

Mary Beth continues to work in the public education setting, providing assessment and intervention to students with a variety communication deficits including Autism, language disorders, and articulation disorders. She has a strong interest in social language development and enjoys helping children develop "social thinking" skills. She is dedicated to providing intervention that will assist in the continued social and language development of each child.
